Shipping & Returns
We can ship to anywhere in the world. Please see our shipping options at checkout.
When you place an order with us, we aim to dispatch it within 2/3 working days (often much sooner, and occasionally the same day!).
Shipping options can be reviewed on the order page before completing your order. If you have any questions regarding shipping, please contact us.
If you are unsatisfied with any aspect of your purchase, you may return items in their original condition, Unworn and with tags remaining, to our returns address below within 7 days of your delivery date this must first be authorised by us via email email@example.com for a full refund or exchange. No returns can be accepted after this time postage will not be refunded.
Any faulty items must be returned within 28 days from the delivery date. This must first be authorised by us via email firstname.lastname@example.org Once received and passed by our returns department a full refund of the cost price along with your return postage will be issued. We reserve the right to refuse refunds on faulty items if we feel they are not “genuinely faulty”.
Credit/Debit card payments will normally be processed within 2 days of your order being received, and can take 5-10 working days for your card provider to credit your account.
PayPal payments will normally be processed within 2 days of your order being received, and will usually appear immediately on your account.
